James Caspian - Hypno-psychotherapy

James Caspian Hypno-psychotherapy

What is hypno-psychotherapy?

It encompasses the use of hypnosis and psychotherapy. The therapist helps the client to enter a profound state of relaxation, which is deeply resting and pleasant. In this state, using suggestions, creative imagery and story-telling, the client is enabled to make the changes that they desire. The client is in control; the therapist works with the client, agreeing on how to best work together to achieve the client’s aims.

The therapy can include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which helps brain and body forge new connections and pathways. Hypnosis can help NLP be effective on an even deeper level, freeing the client from unwanted behaviours and reactions, helping them live life as they wish it to be.

Psychotherapy, if relevant or desired, helps the client address emotional and behavioural patterns from the past to shed light and understanding.

Energy-psychology includes Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a profound healing tool which is increasingly used to resolve emotional issues and address physical ailments and symptoms. It balances the energy system and body-mind.

NHS referrals welcome.

“I had one session of hypnotherapy with James prior to my driving test, and that was my first experience. James was very good; he was reassuring, calming and non-judgmental. My aim was to pass the test; I was anxious because I had only one last chance before the theory test expired. I spoke to James again just before the test on the day, and he talked me through over the phone and reassured me. I passed, even under poor conditions of torrential rain! I was very pleased, and have not stopped recommending James since.” (Yein Chin),
